I don't think your statements were supported. If this is accurate, it sounds like a casino can be fined for human error. The person who tells this urban myth is inferring it is for the benefit of the casino. The fact is, casinos rely on reputation --- blowing reputation for the sake of tens of thousands of dollars makes no sense.
Ironically --- in Ontario, the Government runs the casinos and sets the rules --- so they would just be fining themselves! It makes no sense!
